SUMMARY

Donna Cameron is a New York photographer, filmmaker, artist, and educator.

The Museum of Modern Art Department of Film, the New York Public Library, the Avery Fisher Media/Bobst Library, NY, and others collect her animated films, photography and cutting edge documentaries. The MoMA Circulating Film Library represents her work. She is included in two significant contemporary anthologies: Maureen Furniss’ “ANIMATION BIBLE” and Cynthia Maris Dantzic’s “100 NEW YORK PHOTOGRAPHERS”.

 Donna Cameron has teaches at NYU Tisch School of the Arts. She has taught at the New School University and the School of Visual Arts, NY. Her experience includes a wide diversity of media and photography workshops and lectures, as well as panels and publications.

Donna Cameron serves on NYU's University Council of Arts Educators. She has served on the National Council for Jewish Culture, NY and the boards of the New York Film & Video Council and the New York Filmmakers’ Coop. She has written professionally for The Miami Herald Newspapers and Florida Keys Keynoter, and has been a contributing editor at Manhattan Arts International Magazine. The Museum of Modern Art, the Angel Orensanz Foundation for the Arts, and others, has also published her writing and interviews.
